We were a party of 4 traveling through the province. This hotel is in a gorgeous in an old country monastery kind of way and the surroundings are abundant and beautiful. There was some confusion upon booking that made our initial check in weird but once I raised the issue it was resolved. This is a small, family owned property. Staff has varying levels of English proficiency. We regretted not knowing French everyone was friendly. Jolie at the spa was super helpful as was the gentleman who worked the night shift and replaced our non-functional refrigerator. The two young women who worked the mornings spoke very good English and saved the day by remedying our misunderstanding. We had two teens with us but this place would have been very romantic. We didn’t try the restaurant but spa, pool and jacuzzi were great!
The architecture of this resort is very beautiful and perfect for photos! There is also a nice back garden with a bonfire at night. The room is clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is delicious and beautiful! I love the salmon tartare and octopus!
Nice and clean hotel with a small spa, and small indoor pool. Rooms into the main building (the old seminary) and newer buildings with balcony. Nice restaurant on site.A good stop before Quebec city.
Very nice hotel with an interesting history. Use a lot of solar power too, which is impressive! Clean, comfortable room with a Nespresso machine and a nice jetted tub. Great roof-top terrace with a hot tub! We didn't have a view from our room, but that was okay with us. We really enjoyed the restaurant too, Le Tomahawk Grill. Nicolet is a lovely area to explore too. We also went to the hotel spa in the building next door, and it was clean and nice too. Relaxing. Nice café there also, but didn't try it. Didn't try the indoor pool either, but it looked nice too. EV car chargers on site, so nice touch!
The hotel itself is very beautiful from the outside and the room was nice as well. Moreover, the pool is really beautiful and there was no one else so we had it all to ourselves which was a nice touch to our stay at the hotel. However, the spa isn't that big and I suppose you'd have to share it with strangers which kinda sucks. The only thing that was a negative is the lack of staff and the lack of tv channels to watch. The price was reasonable.

Loved this hotel! Ive never taken pictures of a hotel/its property before but it was too nice not to. Great price to stay here, with so many things you can do. We only stayed one night unfortunately, and I didn't want to leave. It's a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would return without my kids next time. They were too loud for the ambience here, but they loved it too. This hotel is in a small town with very little around but that didn't matter to us since we had everything we needed here.
This is a nice place to stay. We have been here twice to visit Trois-Rivière which is a short drive away. Bed is great. Room is very clean. The jet tub worked well. Service is professional and friendly. The grounds are nice and include paddle boat /kayak rentals and other services.
